Refund - Exchange
We are happy to refund or exchange any item you wish to return, provided the goods are unworn and the labels are still attached.

Simply indicate on your invoice which garment you are returning, what you wish to order instead and send the package back to us. UK customers can use the pre-paid label. Please remember to ask the post office for a free proof of postage receipt as we regret we are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost or delayed in the post.

Postage and packaging is non refundable but if you are requesting an exchange you will not be charged additional postage.

Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, no problem, just give us a ring on 01580 830689 and we’ll be happy to refund you once we receive the goods back. If you prefer to e-mail us at customerservice@thebigbrashop.com, please make sure you provide us with your full name and address so we can find your order on our system.

Delivery & Postage
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order, provided it is in stock. Please feel free to contact our customer service office if you wish to check on stock availability on 01580 830689.

All goods are sent out first class

If we need to order part of your selection, we will notify you by e-mail. Dispatch will be between 5-10 working days. If you live outside the EU, please be advised that your order may be subject to your country's import duty and tax.

By credit card
Once you have made your selection simply proceed to the checkout and follow the instructions – it really could not be easier. Our payment section is fully secure so you can rest assured your personal details can only be accessed by us and nobody else.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Switch and Solo.

Orders sent outside the UK will be converted to the prevailing rates of your bank on the day of purchase.

By Cheque
If you prefer to pay by cheque simply complete our order form and send it and your cheque to us. You will find our postal address on the contact page. Please make cheques payable to The Big Bra Shop Ltd.

All items in our catalogue are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
